"My problems started with going somewhere that gave me an expensive hair topper to blend in with my natural hair which was very thin due to hereditary hair loss. The topper looked lovely, however underneath it, most of my hair at the front had been pulled out completely leaving it in a really painful and in poor condition.
"Then I was left with no choice but to wear a hairpiece which I purchased from a place I was recommended nearby. I bought a very expensive good quality hairpiece there and then as I was so desperate to get the topper removed. The hairpiece was so heavy and warm I wondered if this was normal but I’d made a choice and spent so much money on toppers and hairpieces I was just going to accept it. I did, however, look for somewhere that may be able to advise me. I quickly realised that most hair salons couldn’t help me or were very reluctant to, that’s when I found K Coulthard’s hair stylist and Mark.
"A whole different world opened up and I’m not the only lady/gentleman to have these issues at all. Mark put me at rest with his endless knowledge and experience plus his uplifting lovely personality. He understood and listened to my issues and was so caring, he mentioned how I had a very unfinished product that needed to be styled, it needed to be thinned and flow like real hair which it really wasn’t as it was very thick and dense.
"When I returned I honestly could not believe it was the same hairpiece, it was so natural, you would not notice it was a wig at all, it flowed so naturally, felt so light but was so full of volume, I was absolutely amazed. Mark had put a lot of effort into making it look natural, a long painstaking process that requires lots of patience and lot of skill to get it just right. Mark has discretion and a perfect place to discuss your concerns, I would never go anywhere else and very highly recommend Mark’s salon, I can’t thank Mark enough for making me feel confident again."
