Types of Hair Pieces
We offer a range of different types of hair pieces created specifically for gentlemen:
Move on bases
Polly bases are perfect for a more long term fixing. The lightweight polly base can have very light to very dense hair incorporated into its structure. They can also be easily bonded to the head using the new age water based adhesives.
The polly base pieces offer a very secure fit ideal for the active or outdoor life of many of our clients.
Mono-filament- bases
A single strand of ultra-fine filament is woven into a mesh base; the single strand technology offers a very strong yet flexible piece and the subtle base is ideal for its breathability and comfort of wear. Hairs are then woven into each corner of the fine mesh offering a very lightweight unit with differing density of hair and thickness of filament.
This option offers a structure from the very fine to the most rugged of units.
Filament and polly mix
A mixture of microfilament and polly base is also a very popular option as it offers differing fixing options and flexibility for the wearer. As with all choices, our stylist will advise you as to the best base for your needs and lifestyle.
